How do I sign up for the rewards program?

It’s free to join, and you’ll automatically get emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and our latest drops. Already got an account or subscribed to our emails? Great news—you’re already enrolled! Sign in, sit back, and start earning those points.
I already have an account. Do I need to do anything to start earning rewards?

Not a thing. If you’ve got an active account, you’re already part of the rewards program. If you’ve got more than one account, don’t worry—we’ve sorted it so you’ve got just one rewards account linked to your name.
Can I get points for purchases I made before joining the rewards program?

Unfortunately, no. Points start racking up after you create your account. So make sure to sign up before your next order to start earning rewards!
How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming points is super simple! log in to your account, add the products you wish to purchase to your bag. Visit the checkout and redeem your points from the drop down menu, then click apply.
What are the easiest ways to earn points?

Can I use my points in-store?

Not just yet. At the moment, rewards points are online only. But we’re working on connecting our stores with our online site in the future—watch this space.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

Nope. The more you shop and engage, the more you’ll earn. No ceilings here—just endless ways to rack up rewards.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

If you return something, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Can I still return an order if I used points for a discount?

Absolutely. If you return your entire order, we’ll refund the total amount spent after your discount was applied—and the points you redeemed will go right back into your rewards account.
Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

Make sure you were signed into your rewards account when checking out—accidentally checking out as a guest is a common slip. If that’s the case, reach out to us enquiries@ragingbull.co.uk, and we’ll help apply those points to your account. Keep in mind, if you return your order or if it’s canceled, you won’t earn points.
I had trouble referring friends—what went wrong?

Sorry about that! Double-check that you’ve entered email addresses correctly (separate multiple emails with commas). To avoid hiccups, try entering one email at a time and clicking ‘send’ after each one. Or, use your unique referral link to share via Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger—it’s quick and foolproof. I’ve referred friends but haven’t earned points yet. What’s the deal?

Thanks for spreading the word! For you and your friend to get rewards, they need to be a first-time customer and complete their first purchase using your unique referral link. As soon as they do, you’ll get an email confirming your points, and they’ll show up in your Rewards History.
How can I get a birthday reward?

Easy. Add your birthday under the ‘Ways to Earn Points’ section on rewards page. When your special day rolls around, we’ll email you a discount code that’s valid for 30 days.
Heads-up: Birthday rewards are just for you and can’t be transferred or sold. Any attempts to game the system may result in account termination.
